Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Does Pro Media clean or stage the property?

    • No. The listing agent AND HOMEOWNER ARE responsible for making sure the home is ready BY THE TIME THE PHOTOSHOOT STARTS. Pro Media photographers will take an initial tour of the property and discuss with the agent if anything last minute needs to be ADDRESSED. Pro Media PHOTOGRAPHERS may, at times AND AT OUR DISCRETION, assist with minor adjustments like moving small items out of the frame of view, but ultimately it is responsibility of the agent and the homeowner to make sure the property is ready by the time the appointment starts.

    • If the property is TOO disorganized or cluttered, WE WILL ALERT THE LISTING AGENT AND ADVISE THAT RESCHEDULING IS BEST, OR WE WILL SHOOT “AS-IS”. Virtual staging or virtual de-cluttering are available at an additional charge per room.

    • IF WE CANNOT BEGIN OUR WORK WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF OUR SCHEDULED SHOOT START TIME, WE WILL LEAVE AND CHARGE A $75 RESCHEDULING FEE. IT’S COMMON FOR OUR TEAM TO HAVE AS MANY AS 5 (OR MORE) LISTING SHOOTS PER DAY. ONE DELAYED LISTING SHOOT CAN IMPACT AN ENTIRE DAY’S WORTH OF WORK, WHICH ISN’T FAIR TO OUR OTHER CLIENTS.

  • How long does the service take?

    • It depends on the services selected. For photography services, it can take anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the number of photos selected. Videography times depend on the total square footage of the home. During booking, we give an estimate of the total time needed to complete the selected service or package.

  • When do I receive the finished product?

    • Photography services will be delivered between 5PM and 7pm Mountain Time the day following the shoot. Videography services will be fully edited and delivered 48-72 hours AFTER SHOOT completion.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

    • If something happens and you need to reschedule, please provide notice 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $75. A last minute reschedule means we lose the appointment block that we could’ve filled with another shoot, and therefore you will be charged a cancellation fee. WE BASE OUR WORK AROUND BOOKED APPOINTMENT TIMES, AND FREQUENTLY HAVE MULTIPLE REQUESTS FOR THE SAME START TIMES EACH DAY. A CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE MEANS WE LOSE THE BOOKED TIME SLOT, AS WELL AS ANY SHOOT WE HAD TO DECLINE DUE TO BEING BOOKED.

  • Is there a travel fee?

    • Although we do our best to cover the majority of the front range, due to increased fuel costs we have implemented a $2.50 per mile fee beyond 150 miles round trip. We appreciate your understanding and continued support!
